Originally built in 1900 to house the banking firm of Hogg,
Cheeseman and McDonald; the structure was made from local sun-dried
bricks. The vault and teller cage remain. The Bank building is
listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Admission is
free, but donations are appreciated. Please call ahead for a tour of
this museum.
MASONIC HALL
942 Mondell St.
Meeteetse, WY 82433
Built in 1900 by the Masons, this wooden structure was the gathering
place for political rallies and Saturday night dances. The hall is
now privately owned.

The photographic work of Charles J. Belden documents life on the
Pitchfork Ranch earlier in the last century. His photographs were
key in establishing the current myth of the west. Admission is free,
but donations are appreciated. Please call ahead as hours may vary.

This museum houses a fine collection of western ranching artifacts
and features one of the largest grizzly bears from the Yellowstone
Ecosystem. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated. Please
call ahead as hours may vary.
MUSEUM PUBLICATIONS:
The Meeteetse museum system provides a quarterly newsletter to
members of Meeteetse Museums, Inc. Annual dues are $10.00 per
person.
RESEARCH MATERIALS:
The Meeteetse Museum contains Archives of Meeteetse History. The
museum may charge for large quantities of copies or postage.
