Best Place for Viewing
Many wildflowers can be found from valley floors to rocky slopes to meadows. From mid-June to early September Indian Paintbrush is found anywhere on the valley floor to 11,000 feet. The Scarlet Gilia, a magnificent red flower, can also be found on both valley floor to rocky slope. The common wildflower, the Silvery Lupine, is found in meadows and near sagebrush and is an easy flower to spot as it grows in large clusters.
