The Buffalo Bill Birthday Ball is an annual event held in the town of Cody in Wyoming. It honors the founder of the town, the famous Wild West cowboy, Buffalo Bill, and has been celebrated even during his lifetime.

  • 5-6pm: Social Hour
  • 6-7:15pm: Dinner Served (Prime Rib catered by The Irma Hotel)
  • 6-8pm: Western Entertainment
  • 8-11pm: Dance to Bobby Chitwood and the Hard Ride Band, Live Auction, Silent Auction, Gun Raffle

Overview : One of Cody's major annual events, the entire community and visitors from all over the world, are invited to drink, dance and enjoy Wild West entertainment and buffalo victuals in honor of Cody's celebrated town founder. Dating back 162 years, this tradition is a great way to step back in time and enjoy an old fashioned cowboy night out.

When : Annually in late February.

Where: The festivities take place at Wolfville Hall, Cody, Wyoming.

Fee: Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door. This event is for guests ages 21 and over.

Details : The evening features a whole host of live Wild West themed entertainment such as country music and dancing, gambling and a live silent auction. Proceeds go to charity so you can support a good cause whilst enjoying the a traditional Cody night out.
