Location
West Yellowstone is the only entrance on the west side of Yellowstone National Park in the southwestern corner of Montana, 1.5 miles from the Wyoming border.

Attractions

The Yellowstone Historic Center Museum is worth a visit. Here you will walk through the historic Union Pacific Depot, see displays on vintage Park transportation, watch films of the fires of 1988 and much more.
Another fun adventure is to go to the Wild West Yellowstone Rodeo in June, July or August. There’s plenty of bronc riding, barrel racing and bull riding to thrill young and old alike.
Getting Here
To get to Cody, Wyoming from West Yellowstone, Montana, you can go through Yellowstone Park, leaving by the East Entrance and taking US 14 directly to Cody.
